Technology Resources for Nonprofits and Schools
Palmetto Technology Hub – "Back in 2010, a couple of computer geeks saw a number of nonprofits struggling with their technology and lacking the funds to pay for support. Out of this need, the Palmetto Technology Hub (PATH) was born. Their mission is to provide technology support and resources to the South Carolina lowcountry not-for-profit community.”
TechSoup – "TechSoup is a nonprofit with a clear focus: providing other nonprofits and libraries with technology that empowers them to fulfill their missions and serve their communities."
Network For Good – “Imagine what the world would be like if every time you were inspired to help someone or something, you could – with just a few clicks of a mouse, anywhere online. That’s the mission of Network for Good."
PC Rebuilders and Recyclers (PCRR) – "The Computers for Schools Program through PCRR is dedicated to providing a low cost alternative for achieving technology in the classroom."
National Christina Foundation – “Founded in 1984, the National Cristina Foundation promotes the reuse of technology to enable people with disabilities, students at risk and economically disadvantaged persons to be given the opportunity, through training, to lead more independent and productive lives.”
NPower – “NPower is a national nonprofit that brings information technology services to nonprofits and training to young adults. NPower's strategy is to reach more nonprofits by engaging more corporate IT leaders."
