    This four-week class incorporates sample tools and collaborative activities into a lynda.com tutorial, which covers the fundamentals of programming in Python. Required: a valid CCPL library card, participation in the first class, strong computer skills and some programming knowledge. Recommended: watch the lynda.com course Fundamentals of Programming taught by Simon Allardice prior to class. Personal laptops are encouraged, but one will be provided if needed.
