LIBRARIAN III/CIRCULATION SERVICES MANAGER - MAIN LIBRARY: Full time position. Provides overall management for the Circulation Services Department; oversees all aspects of extensive circulation policies and procedures and effectively resolves related issues and problems; interprets and communicates to public and staff regarding policies/procedures. LIBRARY ASSISTANT V - TECH TEAM - MAIN LIBRARY: Full time position. Performs a variety of library functions under professional supervision. Assists with training staff and the general public in the use of technology, including software, online tools and mobile devices during classes, programs and public computer sessions. Assistance may be provided in person, by phone, or by email. Duties include developing training materials, conducting staff and public training sessions at Main and the branches, maintaining monthly registration sheets and statistics for the department and promoting library services through informational brochures. LIBRARY ASSISTANT IV - CIRCULATION SUPERVISOR - OTRANTO REGIONAL: Full time position. Responsibilities include: supervision of regional support staff in circulation duties; supervising and coordinating activities of circulation department staff including training, scheduling, evaluating and overseeing workroom office operations; provide and maintain statistical records of department/branch; participate in circulation staff selection process. Train regional staff in circulation functions (check-in, discharge, reserves, registering for library cards, etc.) Recommend policy and procedural changes to Regional Branch Head or Main Library's Circulation Services Manager. Request materials for patrons and help them to locate materials. Create a climate of friendly and efficient customer service.
