Full-time position for an energetic, team-orientated individual with customer service experience and strong computer skills. This position assists with scheduling and tracking training for all branches. Under direct supervision of the training coordinator, performs full administrative duties including filing, emailing, conducting research, preparing reports, spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of three (3) years secretarial or administrative experience. Must be self-directed, adaptable to constant change, and ability to work in a fast pace environment. Individual must be highly organized and maintain confidentiality at all times. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to work as part of a team and to carry out assignments independently. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn and use new methods, policies and technical advances. Must have the stamina for periods of walking, standing, reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling and sitting. Bilingual – English/Spanish a plus.

A valid South Carolina driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Hiring Salary Range: $30,971.020 – $32,884.80 annually depending on qualifications.
