    • Abstract:
The author discusses the findings of a survey in a 2016 editorial about the end-of-life (EOL) preferences of critical care nurses. She explains that majority of the respondents preferred to be at home during their final hours and most of them already had an advance directive that included their EOL preferences. She also mentions the impact of the survey on nurses' completion of advance directives during the Nurse Week.
