      The article discusses the session of the U.S. 115th Congress about library priorities. Issues addressed include the vote on the Museum and Library Services Act to reauthorize the Institute of Museum and Library Services, threats to the U.S. Copyright office and the Library Congress from the passage of the Register of Copyrights Selection and Accountability Act (S. 1010), and cancellation of a scheduled vote on S. 1010. Information about the Oakley Memorial Copyright Scholarship is offered.
