    • Abstract:
In light of the ongoing violence against LGBTQ+ people and groups, this forum is dedicated to showing the multiple ways that fatigue is intra-active between people, contexts, histories, and sociopolitical norms and values. Specifically, this forum discusses what has been named Queer Battle Fatigue (QBF). QBF expresses the many ways that LGBTQ+ people and groups experience exhaustion as they face consistent and consistent normalization of antiqueer violence across layers of scale. Moving QBF out of its original theorization of schools, this forum shows fatigue as it moves through academic, social, and personal contexts to show the depth of these daily experiences that collide with and stick on queer bodies in all-too-familiar ways.
