      The article looks at the role models of the late U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg as a young Jewish girl growing up in Brooklyn, New York City. They include the biblical figure Deborah who was a military leader and one of the four female judges mentioned in the Hebrew Bible. Another role model was the African American civil rights lawyer Pauli Murray who coined the term "Jane Crow."
