      In the article, the authors separately discuss how counsellors and psychotherapists can effectively work with clients who are members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and others (LGBTQ+) community. They cite their own experiences in working on gender, sexual and relationship diversity (GSRD) issues. They recommend the use of resources like textbooks and podcasts to learn more about LGBTQ+ and GSRD issues.
