    • Abstract:
WHAT WE KNOW: The most popular solution for mild sebor-rheic dermatitis, dandruff shampoos have long been shown to keep yeast in check, reducing symptoms on the scalp. MCT oil is a slightly different story, Dr. Zeichner notes, but it's best to see a board-certified dermatologist before trying an oil-based regimen. [Extracted from the article]
