      The article reports on the films by filmmaker Michael Moore. With the release of Fahrenheit 9/11, Michael Moore became the Sam Walton of the U.S. President George W. Bush-bashing cottage industry that arose in the months leading up to the election. Often lost in all the controversy surrounding Moore-as-righteous-liberal-pundit is the fact that he's an extremely deft filmmaker. His documentaries are not simply biased rants — they are wildly entertaining biased rants. Ultimately, Fahrenheit 9/11 rattled the Bush team to far greater effect than the flaccid U.S. Presidential candidate John Kerry campaign ever could.
