      The article reports that Columbia College Chicago, Chicago, Illinois got into controversy for firing an employee who had created an online cartoon which ridiculed the president of the college. The controversy over firing the employee hasn't been abated yet, a fresh debate has been ignited by the college officials over their handling of the dust-up by announcing a reorganization of the program in which the fired employee worked. The program is known as the Institute for Science Education and Science Communication. The institute became embroiled in controversy after it came to light that human-resources officials had fired Mark Phillips, a teaching assistant at the institute.
