      The author reports on the ongoing legal case involving Reade Seligmann and two other Duke University lacrosse players. The accuser has dropped the rape charge, but charges of kidnapping and sexual offense remain. Initially all three players were expelled from Duke, but with players' guilt in doubt, Seligmann and Collin Finnerty have been invited to return (David Evans graduated in 2006). Seligmann keeps busy with volunteer efforts and intends to finish his education and become a defense lawyer.
