      Information about the book fair hosted by the Harlem Commonwealth Council (HCC) in New York City on April 20, 2009 is presented. The event was made for the HCC English as a Second Language (ESL) students and Adult Basic Education (ABE) classes. Moreover, BookLink , distributor of ESL and multicultural books and other literary materials, co-sponsored the fair.
