- Abstract: The article discusses exercises, food plan for women with age groups from 30 to 50 years. It states that cardio exercises such as walking, running or dance class help in maintaining good weight for women aged 30 years. It states that women in age group of 40 years should eat balanced diet and do cardio and strength training to have good muscle mass and bone density. It states that women in age group of 50 years should continue with regular walking, strength training and stretching.
