      The article reports on the appointment of Black Sun PLC by online travel portal Opodo to manage its pan-European customer management and data account. Black Sun will be focusing its customer management efforts in four key European markets, namely, Great Britain, Germany, France and Italy. It is planning to first clean customer data and then take up data segmentation and customer-profiling activity. A global travel service has been launched by Opodo which enables customers to access flights from over 500 airlines, 65,000 hotels and 7,000 car hire locations.
