      The article presents the author's comment on acquisitions made by Indian companies. According to the author, chief financial officers (CFOs) should adopt the strategy of accusations from Indian companies, which do it with sensitivity toward local communities. Most of the recent Indian overseas buyouts have been modest in scale. Indian companies approach the buyout with the view that how those acquisitions will play in the local market.
