      The article reports that the film credit bills are affecting the Cleveland's, Ohio, role in the film industry. Larry Meistrich, chairman Nehst Studios, states that he's prepared to bring production of $80 million to $100 million of movie making to Cleveland if the Ohio General Assembly passes a film tax credit bill. Two similar bills have been introduced in the state House and Senate and committees in both houses have considered the bills.
