The article reports on the 19.6 million euros worth of acquisition of three dairy farms and two milk processing factories in China by Heilongjiang Wondersun Dairy Co. Ltd., a dairying company, from Synutra International Inc., a Chinese infant formula company. It is claimed that Synutra International Inc. moved imported sources of milk powder from Europe and New Zealand after the melamine scandal in 2008. It is also noted these farm facilities are situated in Luobei County, Heilongjiang Province.
