      The article looks at possible implications of the Greek sovereign debt crisis and the sharp drop in stock prices in China on small- and medium-size banks in the U.S. Topics include the U.S. Federal Reserve Board's decision over raising interest rates and the impact of low interest rates on bank profit margins, the possibility that the foreign exchange value of the yuan and/or the euro may fall relative to the U.S. dollar, and forecasts of the volume of mortgage refinancing in the U.S.
