Just Showing Up.

The author reflects on selling and promoting books through book tours. He mentions his goal of writing better books and publishing better which make a satisfying and successful career. He relates the lessons he learned from other authors including how to do the very odd job of being an author. He also mentions his book "The Paris Diversion" which he says would not exist if not for the unanticipated lessons he learned from other writers.
