      The article discusses the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling in the 1944 administrative law case Yakus v. United States which deals with a potential violation of America's Emergency Price Control Act of 1942 (EPCA) and the U.S. Office of Price Administration's (OPA's) price control regulations.
