      The article explores the 2019 Measles epidemic, noting the vaccination policies of Cuba versus the U.S. From January 1st through December 31, 2019 1282 cases of measles were confirmed in the U.S., more than in any other single year since 1992. Other topics discussed include how Cuba has not had a single case of measles since 1993, the places and sources of immunizations for both countries and changing attitudes about vaccinations in the U.S.
