      The article presents information on auditions for new plays planned by the Manhattan Theater Club (MTC). Manhattan Theatre Club is currently in rehearsals for one play, Alan Ayckbourn's "Absurd Person Singular," and six other plays are on the drawing board. Currently in rehearsals, "Absurd Person Singular" is fully cast, and some of the other plays are partially cast. If an actor is interested in being considered as a replacement or for a tour of an MTC play, he or she should send a picture, résumé and a cover note indicating which play and part he or she has in mind.
