      The article reports that Michael Moore, former Mississippi attorney general (AG) has been selected to monitor the lending practices of Ameriquest Mortgage (AM) Co. as part of the firm's legal settlement with Washington. Tom Miller, Iowa AG has confirmed that AM has approved the selection of Moore to monitor their lending practices. Miller also gave more details on AM 325 million dollar legal settlement on the Consumer Federation America.
