      This article reports that U.S. officials have charged high-ranking members of the Iranian government with shipping explosively formed penetrators (EFPs) and other weapons to Iraq. This charge is similar to one made announcing Iraq had weapons of mass destruction, which lead to the U.S. declaring war on Iraq. Defense Secretary Robert Gates could not confirm the report.
