Editor's Note.

The author reflects on the periodical's policy in annotating books pertaining to economics and its various related subjects which the periodical receives for its book reviews. In particular, the author discusses the course of action that should be taken should a published book concentrating on economics or related topics not appear on the periodical's annotated listings after a six month period from the original publishing date of the book. The author also briefly discusses the policy on received foreign-language books.
