      The article examines the possible political impact of Michael Moore's documentary on the U.S. health care system, "Sicko." Moore's presentation is fundamentally accurate, but with the omissions and distortions endemic both to film making and political propaganda. Attacks on the film from the health care industry, however, contain far more inaccuracies, including outright lies. Moore's film may add needed passion to his side of the health care debate.
