      The article discusses the highlights of the book fair in connection with the 2008 Association of Writers and Writing Programs annual conference in New York City. Three floors were occupied for booths from more than 400 exhibitors. The conference was held at the New York Hilton from January 30 through February 2, 2008 with 7,500 attendees. Publishers present in the event included Graywolf, Tupelo Press and New Directions, among others.
