      The article reports that three New York City-based theaters, Theatre of the Expendable, Small Pond Entertainment, and Cross-Eyed Bear Productions, are merging into Theatre of the Small-Eyed Bear, to produce the play S.O.M. The heads of the three companies say that Theatre of the Small-Eyed Bear is a temporary venture. According to Jesse Edward Rosbrow, Theatre of the Expendable's artistic director, the three groups are relinquishing their names to form the new theater.
