      The article presents information on the Pusan International Film Festival (PIFF) to be held in Pusan, South Korea as well as on the challenges faced by the Asian film industry. PIFF head of programming Park Do-sin said that the festival aims to be the window to the world for Asian films. Thai exhibitor Suvanee Chinchiewchan of SF Cinemas said that piracy was eating 50% of their business. Emperor's Albert Lee says that fast-vanishing international markets for Asian films was a major challenge.
