      In this article the authors discuss the significance of psychological needs on human behavior research. It tackles the top three levels of analysis namely, personal, social relations, and culture. It says that personality level should be differentiated into sublevels with the addition of psychological needs as fourth sublevel. It adds that the satisfaction of psychological needs intervene the effects of personality, social relations, and cultural variables on both human behavior and well-being.
