The article presents a study on the employers' health care plan in the U.S. The study revealed that the organizations are adopting several alternative methods for offering health care to their employees and also states that these are switching to those models which cover the basic needs of the employees. It presents several tables depicting the employers' satisfaction index ranking for the fully insured and self funded plans for the year 2012.
