      The article reports on the opening of an 1,800-square-foot office of Family Services of Westchester (FSW) in Sleepy Hollow, New York. The area includes eight offices, a waiting room and a conference room. Kathy Howard, the office district administrator, states that they are happy to be at a central location with enough parking. FSW president and chief executive officer (CEO) Susan Wayne states that the office helps them in expanding their program offerings and services in the area.
