      The article focuses on the development of a public health policy to solve the health problems in the U.S. The connection between social and environmental factors and illnesses are challenged by two derivatives that includes how, when, and where to intervene to change the risk factors. It also explains how to evaluate the effectiveness, cost-benefit, and sociocultural acceptability in the interventions of public health.
