    • Abstract:
The article reports developments in the capital markets in Vietnam as of mid-July 2015, particularly the government's move to lift the 49% limit on foreign ownership of stocks in many listed companies. According to law firm Duane Morris' Manfred Otto, the move will attract lots of foreign investments to Vietnam. Also cited are the performance of the benchmark Ho Chi Minh index and the Hanoi index, as well as the comment by Dragon Capital's Tuan Le Anh on the developments.
