      The article discusses the Triple Aim, a framework for recognizing the value of caregivers in the U.S. The goals of the Triple Aim include better care, healthy people/healthy communities, and affordable care. Other topics covered include the priorities for the National Quality Strategy set by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), the National Quality Forum (NQF) and its role in quality measurement, and the initiatives by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
