POSTCORONAVIRUS WORLD: CRISIS IN NATIONAL SECURITY AND DREAMS OF «CONSUMER SOCIETY». (English)

The purpose of the article: to study the new realities caused by the pandemic using philosophical analysis. The coronavirus pandemic is considered to be the greatest challenge of our time, new realities of life are changing social structures, religious institutions, the education system. Distance work, education, digital services transform our perception of communication and knowledge transfer. Social distancing accelerates the development of new means of communication and new technologies that humanity will use after the pandemic, given impetus to the development of medicine, biotechnology. But quarantine and declining demand for goods are leading to an economic crisis that also affects poor countries. Political confrontations aimed at national security are intensifying: in these conditions, populism, the Marxist ideology of “equality” and hostility to the rich are spreading. A dangerous field of misinformation is formed, in which conspiracy theories circulate, which create panic and sow distrust. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
