In the study, a survey composed of three open-ended questions was used as data collection tool. Qualitative data were subjected to content analysis. Three main themes were determined at the end of the analysis of parental views: Effect of math homework on math achievement, follow-up of math homework by teachers, and parents' helping with math homework.
