    • Abstract:
This study focuses on the analysis of a specific case of architectural heritage that disappeared in Spain during the first half of the 20th century, as is the residence of the Navarro Pérez family located in the Basque town of San Sebastián, during the period known as La belle epoque. This was a modernist-style construction located on the slopes of Mount Igueldo, designed by architect Miguel Ángel Navarro Pérez (Zaragoza 1883-1956) one year after graduating from the Barcelona School of Architecture. Such an endeavor has been possible thanks to the existence of various graphic sources (photographs and above all plans) preserved and located in different public and private archives that have allowed us to alleviate the testimony of this construction, originally known under the name of Villa Pura and later renamed Rocaforte. • Abstract:
