    • Abstract:
The article describes data generated on the association between habitual sleep patterns and breast cancer risk in several epidemiological studies. Among the previous epidemiological studies conducted was the Finnish Twin Cohort Study, which found that increasing sleep duration in long sleepers would be associated with an increase in breast cancer risks. The impact of breast cancer diagnosis and treatment on normal sleep patterns is discussed.
