    • Abstract:
The article presents the prognostic and clinical features of invasive lobular breast carcinoma (ILBC). It notes that the prognosis of ILBC is better than the invasive ductal carcinoma (IDC). Study shows that infiltrating lobular (ILC) occurs in patients who are older than IDC and is treated with mastectomy due to margin uncertainty. It points out that awareness on contralateral breast cancer is inconsistently increased in ILC.
