      The article presents a study on the application of a trust-based model in order to understand the variations of affective and cognitive interpersonal trust among senior and junior knowledge employees. The researchers performed a qualitative multi-case research to create a framework which emphasizes how affective and cognitive trust interact both in discordance and concordance or at a high or low level in influencing the dynamics of a work relationship in a knowledge-intensive corporations or organizations.
