The article reports the conflict in the fashion show scheduling as the Chambre Syndicale members in Paris, France decided to stick to its planned dates for Paris Fashion Weeks in 2013 and 2014. It states that the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) has rejected the demand of Italy to demand to eliminate the second Thursday of New York Fashion Week. Didier Grumbach of the Chambre says that its members agreed that the demand would make them very late in taking orders.
