    • Abstract:
The article focuses on a relation between the amount of schooling and the financial success in the later life. In order to analyze the impact of elimination on the later financial success of the students, an investigation was undertaken by the experts. In the investigation, the current income and the school leaving date of five hundred adults who are now engaged in productive activities were noted. The results of the investigation reveal that out of five hundred individuals, 68 percent have a positive correlation with the length of time they attended school and their salaries. The remaining thirty-two percent cases of negative correlation included fifteen cases of women who received relatively low wages due to their sex. The age and experience also helped in explaining the part of negative correlation. Young men of more education but less experience often received lower salaries than the older men of less education but more experience.
