      In the labor relations system in Bosnia and herzegovina, the antidiscrimination law is linked to regulations adopted and implemented in the Federation of Bosnia and herzegovina, Republika Srpska, Brčko District of Bosnia and herzegovina, the Bih institutions, as well as to solutions in the Gender Equality Law in Bosnia and herzegovina and the Anti-discrimination Law. The Anti-discrimination Law is the first legal instrument which serves to standardize the problem matter of discrimination in Bosnia and herzegovina in general. Keeping in mind two relevant facts: first, that the equality of rights, possibilities, and treatment in the labor world holds a great significance for the millions of individuals who conduct economically dependent/parasubordinate work, that is to say work in the service of others, and secondly, that there has been a basis for development of anti-discriminative labor legislation in the legal system of Bosnia and herzegovina for over fifty years, in her work, the author analyzes the term, bases, forms, the domain of prohibited discrimination in labor legislation, and then the exceptions from illegal discrimination, new forms of discrimination: harassment, sexual harassment, and mobbing, as well as employers' obligations related to anti-discrimination. A special emphasis has been placed on the exercising of the right to legal protection through an analysis of particulars of claim in anti-discrimination disputes and the burden of proof.       U sistemu radnih odnosa u Bih, antidiskriminacijsko pravo vezuje se za propise koji se donose i primjenjuju u FBih, RS, Brčko Distriktu Bih, institucijama Bih, te za rješenja u Zakonu o ravnopravnosti spolova u Bih i Zakonu o zabrani diskriminacije. Zakon o zabrani diskriminacije je prvi zakonski instrument kojim se u Bih općenito normira problematika diskriminacije. imajući u vidu dvije relevantne činjenice: prvo, da jednakost u pravima, mogućnostima i tretmanu u svijetu rada ima ogroman značaj za milione pojedinaca koji obavljaju zavisni rad tj. rad u službi drugoga, i drugo, da preko 50 godina u pravnom sistemu Bih postoji podloga za razvoj antidiskriminacijskog radnog zakonodavstva, autorica u radu analizira pojam, osnove, oblike, domen zabra njene diskriminacije u radnom zakonodavstvu, zatim izuzetke od zabrane diskriminacije, nove oblike diskriminacije: uznemiravanje, seksualno uznemiravanje i mobing, te oba veze poslodavca u vezi sa zabranom diskriminacije. Poseban akcent stavljen je na ostvarivanje pravne zaštite kroz analizu tužbenih zahtjeva u anti diskriminacijskim sporovima i teretu dokazivanja. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
