      The article offers information on the CineAsia “Special Achievement Award" received by one of South Korea’s leading cinema chains, Lotte Cinema. According to chief executive officer Won Chun Cha, the company is very strong in retail and distribution and has ventured into movie exhibition. The new technologies adopted by the company to improve the overall quality of the cinema experience for the audiences is cited.
