Topics discussed include how the journal was threatened with the business loss of advertising in wake of author Marie Brenner's 1996 story on whistle blower Jeffrey Wigand, hiring young and then training and promoting, as opposed to always bringing in outsiders to fill the top spots and how the journal has been hurt by the downturn in advertising pages.
