      Her cheerleading for books doesn't stop at the office - she reviews books and writes for the Rumpus, Electric Literature, the Washington Post, and Buzzfeed. A few years ago, in an article about the Nashville book scene, PW said that Stafford plays "an essential role in defining which books become bestsellers not only in Middle Tennessee, but beyond… into the nation's book culture." The books range from the very specific (such as how to create curriculum) to more political books and more trade-focused books including graphic novels, and even some that are "memoiresque", Baker explains. "Maybe once in a blue moon, a book comes along like Educated, but thinking that a book is for everybody is not a marketing strategy.
