    • Abstract:
Departments ERIC RASMUSEN isn't in the mood to talk, which is out of character for the IU economics professor. Furthermore, Rasmusen's classes were subjected to double-blind grading to "ensure that the grades are not subject to Professor Rasmusen's prejudices." IU LAW PROFESSOR Steve Sanders was initially so agitated by Rasmusen's viral tweet that he took to Twitter to call him "an embarrassment to his faculty colleagues." But in the absence of any evidence that Rasmusen was actually discriminating against students in the classroom, he says Rasmusen is protected by the First Amendment. [Extracted from the article]
